Initiatives
School Events
We offer girls aged 8-18 a unique opportunity to participate in our free Girls on Track events. Our aim is to inspire and encourage an interest in STEM subjects and industries amongst school girls, with the aim of increasing female participation in these sectors, using motorsport as a medium to expose them to the incredible opportunities and career paths within the sport.

Community Events
In addition to running events to inspire the younger generation of females, we also have a free to join online community for women of all ages. The ability to meet other members, both online and at networking events, allows our members to connect with other women who have a passion for motorsport.
Furthermore, being part of our community gives members the opportunity to access a series of regular virtual and in-person events with some fantastic women in motorsport. Be the first to hear about news and ways to get involved by signing up to our mailing list.

Through our closed community Facebook group you can connect with other community members, start discussions and forums, inspire and support each other. You can also find information about upcoming community events on this platform.
We encourage members to ask advice from one another and showcase their successes to inspire others; whether this be a podium in a race, a good result in an engineering exam or getting a job working within motorsport, our community shares and celebrates it all.
Girls On Track UK Webinar Series
We run bi-monthly webinars for our community and followers which cover a range of themes in motorsport. From meeting the women of a particular Formula 1 Team, to learning about the specifics of a data engineer – we aim to make sure that our webinar themes are varied on a range of subjects so that there is something for everyone. You can find out about our upcoming webinars on the closed Community Girls on Track UK Facebook page and also through our bi-monthly newsletters.
